My name is David Howe.
I am a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Niagara.
I have 20+ years of construction based experience; I am a full time Realtor and a professional negotiator. I have lived in the Niagara Region my whole life. I understand the pulse of the community. I have raised my family here. I am married and have 5 children. Family is very important to me. My wife, Isabella, is my partner in life as well as real estate. We create a comfortable relationship with clients. Using my expertise with their needs and wants. Features such as MLS, Open House tours and an individual marketing plan are just a few things to get your home sold or help you find the perfect home. I believe in Positive Action. Getting the job done as smooth as possible for my clients. I have won awards every year since I became a realtor thanks to my clients giving me that opportunity. I love being involved in Real Estate and helping my clients Move Forward in their lives. I am passionate about every home I sell.
Giving back to the community is very important to me. I have coached various sports for over 25 years, including Lacrosse, Minor Football, High School Football and Ontario Varsity Football. I was inducted into the OVFL Coaches Hall of Fame, I also have received the OVFL Coach of the year in 2005 & 2007 and the City of St. Catharines honoured me with Sportsperson of the Year in 2005. I look at these awards as getting my job done right. This holds true with my career as well. My football & life philosophy is all about Respect. I treat my clients with respect, look out for their best interests and find them the home that best suits their needs and/or get their home sold with the most money in their pocket. That is why I continue to earn awards every year in Real Estate.
